Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Are gonna be excitiiiiiing!

I have 80 pages of old CR redone and edited. Now it's a case of resizing them to printing standards, which will be 1-2 days tops. Plus work for the cover, a few inside pages to be put together, and fingers crossed i'll have a book together for the first convention at the end of March.

I so so so hope, anyway!

Looking forward to seeing all the people from Memorabilia there!

April's going to be fun as usual, i'm turning 26 on the 7th, and Crankrats turns 1 on the 10th! My last birthday i promised myself i'd do something worthwhile with the year, - who knew CR would turn out to be exactly that! - So this coming year, my promise is to invest in and promote the heck out of CR and try to really put myself out there!... As well as, y'know, get a social life.

I guess this is kind of the point of no return with this comic business. I keeled over at the price of publishing these books, so it's all or nothing now!

May's also going to be fun, looking forward to london con and spending the weekend in the big city. - Though i am rather aqqainted with London. I've been there my fair share of times.

And yay for the plot finally moving on!

Soon it will be time for new characters to pop into the story, and some of them i'm so so so looking forward to drawing. _{*Wistfully thinking of my white haired scallywag*}

Apologies for late replies and lack of art that isn't actual comic, once March is done i'll be uploading like the dickens, but right now the book and new pages are taking priority over most of the other stuff.
